Next Generation Children's Center, part of the Cadence Education family, is currently seeking a Preschool Program Manager, who will participate in infant, toddler, preschool/pre-k programs, to bring your love of children and past experience in childcare, daycare or early childhood education to our team of kind, caring Teachers and staff.

Preschool Program Manager Required Skills and Education:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in infant, toddler and preschool classrooms
• Completion of state Preschool Lead Teacher requirements
• EEC Lead Teacher Certification Needed
• Minimum 1 year of experience managing programs or others
• Child Development Associate (CDA) or college degree in Early Childhood or Child Development preferred
• Demonstrated classroom management skills 
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High level of flexibility and willingness to work within all business hours

Preschool Program Manager Job Responsibilities:

A Preschool Program Manager will accept the philosophy of Cadence Education and will work as part of the teaching team to encourage a positive learning environment for all children within the center. Document and share with parents the important milestones in a child’s day, spend time in classrooms to perform assessments on teachers to help them improve their skills. Collaborate with other passionate preschool teachers and leaders to ensure that the curriculum created by our teachers are developmentally appropriate. Lead, mentor, and model behaviors for a team of teachers including trainings, new employee orientation, and budgeting for classroom supply lists. Provide a link between management and employees, which enables them to communicate the ideas, attitudes, suggestions, and concerns of employees in their program to management
