JOB SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the School Director, the Enrollment Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the enrollment process for families in our early childhood education programs. This position ensures a seamless experience for prospective families by providing clear communication, accurate information, and timely support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about helping families access quality early education services.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Serve as the first point of contact for families inquiring about enrollment, providing exceptional customer experience through phone, email, and in-person interactions. Guide families through the enrollment process, including providing information about programs, answering questions, and assisting with application completion.
2. Accurately maintain enrollment records in the organization’s database, ensuring all required
documentation is collected and verified. Conduct follow-up communications with prospective families to
address outstanding application items and ensure timely completion of the enrollment process.
3. Coordinate and schedule tours, meetings, and orientation sessions for prospective families. Ensure all
enrollment activities adhere to organizational policies and state regulations for early childhood education
programs.
4. Generate and update enrollment reports as needed, tracking key metrics such as inquiries, applications,
and confirmed enrollments. Work closely with program directors, teachers, and administrative staff to
ensure a smooth transition for newly enrolled families and host new family orientation meetings.
5. Assist with enrollment-related events, such as open houses and community outreach initiatives.
6. Ability to conduct and customize family tours, including meeting the needs of the family, answering
questions, overcoming objections and asking for enrollment. Build strong, trusted relationships with
potential families and new families in the first 90 days.
7. Conduct visits with families in accordance to the Cadence Academy Playbook.
