We are looking for an HR Intern to assist our Employee Relations (ER) and HR Operations teams with process enhancements and compliance research. This is a 10-week, paid summer internship.

Job Description

What You’ll Do:
As an HR Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our Employee Relations (ER) and HR operations teams by contributing to process improvements and compliance research. You will:

  • Help design and streamline a system for tracking employee relations cases—ensuring it is organized, simplified, and easy to use
  • Research final pay practices across different states, including last paycheck timing, PTO payout rules, and sick leave laws
  • Compile findings into a clear, actionable report to guide internal processes and ensure compliance
  • Assist with an attendance tracking project, helping to analyze, improve, and standardize attendance data collection and usage
  • Support additional administrative and operational HR tasks as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

  • $17 per hour
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Clear and concise writing ability for process documentation and reporting
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work independently
  • Interest in HR compliance, employee relations, or workplace policy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools
  • Junior or Senior year in college
