Reporting to the Director of Facilities Management, the Facilities Specialist is the heartbeat of our Facilities department, serving as the first point of contact for internal and external customers. You’ll provide critical administrative support, streamline operations, and ensure our campuses run smoothly. From managing work orders and vendor relationships to coordinating projects and maintaining records, you’ll play a key role in keeping our facilities top-notch.
Master the Work Order System: Oversee facilities work orders across all Cadence campuses—receive requests, assign tasks, input data, and keep the system running like a well-oiled machine.
Drive Facilities Operations: Coordinate activities, maintain policies, and provide seamless support to keep our facilities humming.
Support Leadership: Assist the Director of Facilities Management with project implementation, external communications, and training for staff and contractors.
Stay Organized: Manage central files, information, and resources, helping facilities staff source parts, supplies, and materials with ease.
Be a Team Player: Represent Facilities in cross-departmental meetings, fostering collaboration and driving action.
Vendor Sync: Liaise with vendors to ensure timely, high-quality service, delivering complete satisfaction for all Cadence campuses.
