Canterbury Academy in Riverton, part of the Cadence Education family, is currently seeking a Part-time School Age Teacher, Monday-Friday from 2:30pm-6:00pm to bring your love of children and past experience in childcare, daycare or early childhood education to our team of kind, caring Teachers and staff.

Successful candidates will have:  

• Previous experience in education preferred.   
• High school diploma or equivalent. 
• Must be at least 18 years old. 
• Team player mentality.  
• Genuine interest and personality for teaching children 
• High level of flexibility and willingness to work within business hours. 
• Demonstrated classroom and time management skills preferred. 
• Holding yourself to professional standards in appearance, attendance and communication.

What Makes You Our Teaching Star:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.
• Meets all state preschool lead teacher requirements.
• Flexible and ready to shine during business hours.
• Child Development Associate (CDA) or college degree in Early Childhood, Child Development, or related field.
• Previous experience as a preschool lead teacher (a must!).
• Classroom management skills that keep the vibe positive and productive (preferred).
