What Makes You Our Program Pro:

• Required: EEC Lead Teacher Certification in Infant, Toddler and Preschool Programs
• Meets state Preschool Lead Teacher requirements.
• Preferred: Child Development Associate (CDA) or college degree in Early Childhood, Child Development, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in an infant, toddler and preschool classroom.
• At least 1 year of experience managing programs or leading others.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.
