JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: | · Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail. · Experience managing external vendors or call center operations preferred. · Ability to handle sensitive and crisis communications with professionalism and discretion. · Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. · Proficiency in CRM platforms, survey tools, and project management software (experience with Monday.com, Kaymbu, or similar platforms a plus). · A people-first mindset with a genuine passion for serving families and supporting early childhood education. · Experience in early childhood education, childcare, or a family-facing industry a plus. · Willingness and ability to learn new skills as needed. · Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment and build and maintain positive relationships. · Demonstrate the ability to run reports and utilize Excel to share data and results. · Ability to travel up to 10% of the time. · Requires the ability to read, write and speak effectively in English. |
Education or equivalency: | · Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or related field; or an equivalent combination of training and progressively responsible experience that will result in the required specialized knowledge and abilities to perform the assigned work. |
Experience: | · Requires a minimum of two (2) years of experience in communications, marketing, customer experience or a related role that demonstrates a high level of understanding of the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. |

Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, the Family Communications Specialist plays a vital role within the Cadence Education Marketing team, serving as the primary point of contact for family-facing communications and call center operations. This individual is a strong communicator, highly organized, and passionate about delivering an exceptional experience to the families and schools we serve.
